Bait and Switch - I signed up for
AirTran's February promotion for a $25".00
voucher only to find out that they never sent out all the
vouchers/. I never received mine?. After making numerous
phone calls and spending an inordinate
amount of time just to ensure I was going to receive the
voucher I was told to make the reservation and they would credit me with the promotion/. So I bought the tickets|. I still didn't have a voucher so I followed up/. A couple of
phone calls later I was finally told by
customer relations "Too Bad" you don't have a
voucher, the promotion is over and you not getting anything;. I'm pissed off! I've been flying almost monthly for 21/2 years on AirTran - is this any way to build
customer loyalty - "Too Bad" is all they can say!. Outrageous! 12987df
